Michael first discovered Key West and the Florida Keys in 2003 and quickly developed a lasting connection to the islands, their history, architecture and lifestyle. After years of returning to the Keys and spending extensive time throughout the area, he made Key West his full time home.

His longstanding interest in historic homes and architecture has given him particular knowledge of the construction, architectural styles and distinctive characteristics found throughout Key West's historic neighborhoods. For buyers and sellers of historic properties, that knowledge provides an additional perspective beyond the typical real estate transaction.

Michael's experience on the water is also an important part of his real estate knowledge. As an avid boater, sailor and flats fisherman, he understands the boating, fishing and waterfront lifestyle that is central to life throughout the Florida Keys.
